Terms of use

Snapsus is provided as a free utility for taking on-chain holder snapshots. By using the site, you agree to the following.

The service

Snapsus aggregates publicly available on-chain data via third-party APIs (Alchemy, OpenSea, ENS, DefiLlama) and presents it as holder snapshots. We do not custody assets, broker transactions, or facilitate trading. The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to produce accurate holder lists, but we cannot guarantee correctness. Historical snapshots depend on third-party block-resolution APIs (~30-second accuracy) and on the completeness of upstream indexers. Always verify critical lists independently before basing valuable decisions on them.

Snapsus output is informational, not legal proof of ownership.

Acceptable use

You may not:

We may rate-limit, restrict, or block access from any IP or origin at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Third-party services

Use of Snapsus may incidentally invoke third-party APIs whose terms apply alongside ours: Alchemy, OpenSea, ENS Ideas, DefiLlama, Cloudflare. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, or changes in policy from these providers.

Intellectual property

Brand assets (logo, wordmark, design system) are reserved. Code, copy, and visual identity may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapsus and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to financial loss tied to inaccurate snapshots or downstream airdrop errors.

Treat any snapshot as a draft until verified. Don't ship a million-dollar drop without sanity-checking the list.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may discontinue the service at any time without notice. There is no guarantee of availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the operator's local courts.
